SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY
  • We personally ensure that every delivery from BROWOH! is processed under excellent condition and in the fastest time.   
  • All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your apparels and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. Our trusted courier services will deliver your order to your doorstep. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then they can raise the return request. 
  • The tentative delivery period varies from 4-5 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances. We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹ 750/-. If you choose the COD payment method, there are nominal cash collection charges i.e. Rs. 50 for every product. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.150.
RETURN POLICY
  • BROWOH! has 7 days Return Policy that gives you an option to return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, we provide returns in case of any defect in the product. We request you to not use the product and preserve its original condition including tags, and packaging. 
  • In order to return the product, you need to raise a return request by contacting us at connect@browoh.com Once return request is accepted, we will create a reverse-pickup for the defective product. After the product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the refund for the same. Please refer our Refund Policy for more information.
EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can exchange your order within 7 days of delivery. 
  • We only provide exchange for size change or for wrong product, you are requested to check the size guide before placing the order. 
  • You may request an exchange for an order only once. 
  • All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  •  In order to process the exchange, you need to self-ship the product(s) back to us on the address mentioned in the invoice (Mention the order number on the package while self-ship). After the quality check, we will provide a exchange for the same. 

Please Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Custom T-shirts are not applicable for exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel the order within 24 hours from the duration of placing the order.
  • You just have to raise a cancellation request for your order(s) by sharing us an email with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Remember, the cancellation request must be raised from the same email ID used while ordering on BROWOH!. Send us the email at connect@browoh.com
  • After accepting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
REFUND POLICY
  • All refunds will be credited in your used payment method or in your bank account. 
  • Amount is usually refunded within 5-7 working days. 
  • If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at connect@browoh.com
