  • How do I place order?
    Follow these steps to quickly place the order:
    1. At BROWOH! Home Page or under Shop menu, you can explore our Categories and Products. Select your favorite category and start adding the products to the cart.
    2. After adding products, click on the cart icon on the right top corner and proceed to Checkout.
    3. You can checkout by creating an account/sign-in or via guest user (Fill in the correct shipping details for accurate tracking of your order).
    4. Click on “Place Order”, pay the Amount, and confirm your order.
    5. You will receive the confirmation email once the order is successfully placed.
  • How will I receive my order?
    • We will ship your order to your mentioned shipping address.
    • Our trusted courier services will deliver your order to your doorstep.
    • All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
  • Cancellation & Related Queries
  • What is BROWOH's Cancellation Policy?
    • You can cancel the order within 24 hours from the duration of placing the order
    • You just have to raise a cancellation request for your order(s) by sharing us an email with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
    • Remember, the cancellation request must be raised from the same email ID used while ordering on BROWOH!. Send us the email at connect@browoh.com
    • After accepting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
    Please Note: Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product, then the customer can raise the return request by emailing the details to connect@browoh.com
  • Orders & Payment Mode
  • Are there any hidden charges?
    • There are absolutely no hidden charges.
    • You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
    • All the products are inclusive of taxes.
  • Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card, or Credit Card?
    • We have trusted and secured payment gateways.
    • It is completely secure to pay online via Credit Card, Debit Card, and net banking transactions.
    Please Note: BROWOH! Team does not ask for your personal information or banking details over call or email. Please do not share the details with anyone. Only follow the secured checkout process on the website.
  • Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
    The COD option might not be available because of the following reasons:
    1. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
    2. The products ordered are not available for the COD option.
  • I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
    • Unfortunately, no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product.
    • Tags are also intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues.
  • What should I do if my payment fails?
    • Make sure you have entered the correct account details and the Internet connection is not disrupted during the payment process.
    • In case your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it is automatically reversed back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.
  • I wish to add a few more products to my order. Will it be possible?
    • Yes! you can definitely add more products after you have placed your order. You can write us at connect@browoh.com.
    • But once your order has been shipped, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
  • Do you take bulk orders/customise products?
    • Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at connect@browoh.com.
    • We’ll also try to work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.
  • Shipping & Tracking
  • What is the Shipping Policy of BROWOH!?
    • We personally ensure that every delivery from BROWOH! is processed under excellent condition and in the fastest time.
    • We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a safe and sound state.
  • What is the delivery time period?
    • The tentative delivery period is 4-5 working days.
    • However, the actual delivery time may vary according to your location or due to unexpected circumstances.
  • Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
    • Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.
    • That said, feel free to contact us anytime.
  • Do you apply any shipping charges?
    • We provide free shipping on all orders above ₹ 750/-.
    • If you choose the COD payment method, there are nominal cash collection charges i.e. Rs. 50 for every product. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.150
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    • After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email.
    • To know the status of your order, you need to first log in to your account and check under orders section.
    • You can also use Track Order page to check your order status.
    • Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email with the tracking details.
    • In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

  • What to do if I forgot my password?
    1. Go to the "Log In/register"
    2. Click on "Lost your password?" option (or you can click here) and you can reset the password with the link sent on your registered email id.
  • Is there any trial then purchase option available?
    • There is no trial and buy option available.
    • However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have a size chart featured on our product pages.

  • Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
    • You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails after registering with us.
    • In case you do not want to receive these e-mails, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
  • Will I receive my entire order in a single package?
    • It depends on the type/combination of products that you have ordered.
    • We have different vendors for different products so your order might reach you in different packages.
  • Can I avail any Discounts?
    • We have discounts and sales often and we post details on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
    • We also offer discounts to our newsletter subscribers from time to time. You can subscribe by entering your email address at the bottom of this page.
    • We also distribute coupons to our customers from time to time, you can redeem those coupons by entering the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page before checking out with your order.
  • What information does BROWOH! store?
    • We respect your privacy.
    • The only information we collect is your name, e-mail, mobile number, and billing address.
    • This information is only used for internal record keeping and order delivery.
    • We do not share it with any third party other than our courier/delivery partners.
    • BROWOH! does not store any Credit/Debit card or bank account information.
    • All this information is handled by secure online payment gateway partners.
  • Wash Care Instructions
  • How do I use your products? Is there a wash care guide?
    • We recommend machine washing your t-shirts inside-out in cold water to experience the highest durability.
    • Do not iron on stitches, seams, trims, or embellishments as high temperatures may cause them to open.
    • Do not soak for more than 20-30 minutes, prolonged soaking may lead to colour loss, eventually weakening the fabric.
    • Do not wring.
    • Do not use hard brushes during wash as they may cause damage to the prints.
    • Do not leave the iron on at one place for too long, especially at the neck rib where the elastane may break and loosen the rib.
    • Do not iron directly on prints (in the case of printed products).
    • Machine wash cold.
    • Wash/dry inside out.
    • Fabric is subject to initial colour loss; hence wash separately.
    • Tumble dry low.
    • Do not bleach or wash with chlorine-based detergent/water; use a mild detergent in moderate quantity instead.
    • Dry on a flat surface as hanging may cause measurement variations.
    • Dry under the shade.
  • T-shirts - Product & Sizing Information
  • What is the quality of the fabric used?
    • We use high-quality 180gsm, pre-shrunk, bio-washed, 100% cotton combed, lightweight & eco-friendly fabric that is soft to feel and comfortable to wear.
    • Shrinkage (if any) will be within acceptable industry norms.
  • What sizes do you have?
    • Our sizes run from XS to XXL.
    • Please check the size chart on each product page and compare it to our sizes to get the perfect fit.
  • Returns & Refund Policy
  • In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping charges be credited back?
    • No. These COD/Shipping charges are applicable for every time the order is placed and are non-refundable.
  • Do I need pay the courier charges in case of return or exchange?
    • In case you receive a faulty product, we will create a reverse pick up. There is no additional cost in this process.
    • In case you need to return the product for size exchange, then you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us and bare the courier charges.

  • How do I return my product?
    • BROWOH! has 7 days Return Policy that gives you an option to return the product within 7 days from the delivery date under the circumstances mentioned below. We request you to not use the product and preserve its original condition including tags, and packaging. In case of any defect in the product:
      1. You need to raise a return request with contacting us at connect@browoh.com
      2. Once return request is accepted, we will create a reverse-pickup for the defective product.
      3. After the product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the refund for the same.
      4. Please refer our Refund Policy for more information.
  • What is BROWOH's Return Policy?

  • What products are not eligible for a return?
    • There will be no replacement or refund for the custom products. However, if the product is faulty or damaged, then the customer can proceed with the return request.

  • What are the terms and conditions for the refund?
    1. All refunds will be credited in your used payment method or to your bank account.
    2. If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order.

  • I ordered the wrong size?
    • If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, first confirm the size you want to exchange your product with using the size chart available in the product images on our website/app, then connect with us at connect@browoh.com
    Please note:
    • You have to self-ship your products back to us yourself.
    • You may exchange your order only once
    • Please refer our Exchange Policy for more information.
  • What is BROWOH's exchange policy?
    • You can exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
    • We only provide exchange for size change or for wrong product, you are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
    • You may request an exchange for an order only once.
    • All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
    • You need to self-ship the product(s) back to us in order to exchange. After the quality check, we will provide an exchange for the same.

    Please Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Custom T-shirts are not applicable for exchange.

  • When can I ask for a refund?
    We process the refund only if:
    • Our delivery partner could not deliver the order.
    • Product lost/damaged during the delivery process.
    • If you need any other help with a refund, write to us at connect@browoh.com

  • How can I return a custom t-shirt?
    • There will be no replacement or refund for the custom products. However, if the product is faulty or damaged, then the customer can proceed with the return request. Contact us at conncet@browoh.com
    • You are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
    • The color of the custom t-shirt may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution and screen brightness.

  • The product I want to return was bought while on a discounted price. Will I get refunded the full amount?
    • No. You will only receive the exact amount you paid for the product.
